Supervisory Principles

The course will develop the line management expertise and supervision skills of the participant. It will also discuss garment construction, cutting and garment- making techniques to ensure proper understanding of global manufacturing requirements. Client ‘specification and policies will be incorporated to the course. The implementation on real production floor will be done after the theoretic course (40 hours). 5 days in class.

Potential line leader and supervisor will understand accurately their role as supervisor, not leaning on experience only but on adequate and accurate knowledge. They will be able to perform their responsibilities such as taking proactive actions required to solve bottleneck in the production lines.
